Topic : Best Softaculous CMS script for creating an Admin/user dashboard interface

I wish to make an inquiries on the Cpanel Softaculous CMS script. I need a platform that will allow the development of Dashboard for admin and users. Admin should be able to modify registered users profile from Admin dashboard.
Please is there any Softaculous CMS script. that is suitable for this task.

May I make the suggestions Bootstrap 4 framework. I haven't worked with it myself but I have seen free dashboard templates. It is the foundation for the soon to be released Joomla 4 CMS

We can not add templates in Bootstrap.
