I tried to install Joomla but get the follow error:

This issue is not only by an Joomla installation. I tried to install SMF-Board and get thesame message that the installation program is not able to write the configuration file.

I guess an system issue but what?

Safe_mode was enabled in php!

Hi,

Please ensure the following incase of cPanel :
root> touch /var/cpanel/usecpphp

The cPanel binary is configured properly.
