 Unable to upgrade to premium, IP already has a free license (2 Replies, Read 3247 times)

I installed Softaculous on a VPS. Then went to upgrade it and during upgrade process it said IP already has license, do entered an alternate IP and bought the license.

Now, who do I enter the purchased license on VPS to upgrade to premium version?

Okay, I have been able to add the free license under my control panel. Now I trying to switch the IPs but cannot delete it. I leave it blank and click update, nothing happens.

Am I missing something.

You will need to add a dummy IP so that you can add the actual IP to the license you want to.
Softaculous Licenses need one IP so as to know who is the owner of the license.
So just put a dummy IP
