Hi guys. So I'm new here and web designing in general. I tried publishing my pages and I get this error message 'fsockopen fails Connection timed out (110)'.

What can I  do to rectify this please. Thanks

Hi,

This error generally occurs when there is a Firewall on your server which is not allowing our editor server to upload the files to your server via FTP.

If there is a Firewall please allow our editor server's IP in your firewall. Here is the IP of our editor server :

Thanks for our reply, I appreciate. But I'll need your help in understanding how I can allow your editor server's IP in my firewall.

I'm kind of a novice in these things. Thanks man

Hi,

Sorry for the delay in response.

If you are a host you can do it via CSF Plugin(cPanel)/Firewall. If you are not a host you can ask your Host to add the following IP in CSF Plugin/Firewall

Do let us know if you need any other information.
