Topic : Trial upgrade not taking me to payment screen.

Trying to do a TRIAL upgrade:

In the WHM under the Softaculous tab I clicked (buy premium) the webpage is auto filled with the correct LIC NO#.

Also select the length of LIC i want. "I have tried them all". Once I select (Purchase Softaculous) it goes straight to the client area which lists Softaculous, a long with other programs.

under The softaculous, says 0 LIC's. Clicked it, even searched for my LIC, and IP, tried the buying option in client area. Also tried typing it in manually, pasting it in. Ive tried all the links. Dunno whats up i can not get to ANY type of payment screen.

I find that the check out process seems a little complicated unless there is something else missing?

Please help someone. Thank You.

Once the license is added you can renew the license here :
