Topic : Ampps for Dummies - it won't start

I downloaded Ampps and it started up first time but now it won't start. When I viewed the demo online I couldn't hear any sound so I don't know how to use it. (Total dummy here - sorry). I have tested my computer and can hear sound when I play music etc. What should I do :squi:

Thanks tidus. I have the shortcut on my desktop and today when I clicked it it opened. I just don't know what do do next. Is anyone else having trouble with the sound on the online demo? If I could listen to that I would be ok? I'm on a PC using Vista. Thanks.

Online Video Tutorials have no Audio. They are self explanatory. Still we are planning to make audio tutorials.
You can start with "hello world" program in php. Create a file hello.php with the following contents and paste it into path/to/Ampps/www folder.

echo 'Hello World';

?>

then visit http://localhost/hello.php from your favorite browser, you will see Hello World written in it.

it also doesnt work for me. if i click on shortcut just nothing happens, no error shownmy ammps version is 3.8

It's late 2022 and the latest version still won't start.
Fresh installation without errors.
Clicking Ampps.exe does nothing, app won't start or give any error, popup, notification.
How to diagnose what's wrong?

I'm also unsuccessful. No problem occurs when I click shortcut. ammps 3.8
