Topic : Migration of OLD LXLABS OpenVZ to new OpenZV7

We have LOTS of Old VPS living on LxLabs install via CentOS 5.11 both 32bit and 64bit and need to migrate over to our newer CentOS 7 OpenVZ7 core servers, Has anyone been able to do this and if so how ?
