Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 15 Status:	Hello, We had our system up and running on a different server. But, we've moved to a new VPS and now I'm having an issue. 1. When I run WHMCS through an order, the order is created, the account is setup on the server and all files seem to be good. 2. But, I am getting this message on the confirmation page - from the debug: The following errors occured : a:1:{i:0;s:54:"Could not open the Configuration File .htaccess";} 3. The database is not being created. What am I doing wrong? Thanks, Louise

Group: Softaculous Team Post Group: Super Member Posts: 5652 Status:	Hi, Sir it seems that the package is not downloaded properly on your server. Which script are you facing the issue with ? Please delete the script package on the destination server. I am still getting the same message: The following errors occured : a:1:{i:0;s:54:"Could not open the Configuration File .htaccess";} I will open a support ticket if you need access. Let me know. We are supposed to go live with the site tomorrow or Wednesday. Louise
