I added a custom script in December 2018 but now I can't see where to add/register another custom script in the Softaculous admin. The instructions show a Software > Custom Scripts menu option but I only see a list of software categories.
Also I notice that if I click on my custom script listing the link loads a blank page.
There's an edit settings icon in the top menu but that doesn't show anything about custom scripts.
Any ideas please?

Doh! I was in the Cpanel account instead of WHM!
However not sure why the custom script menu link would show a blank page.

Hi,

Yes the option to add custom script is available only in WHM.

Regarding blank page in your custom script it seems there is a syntax error or you are using PHP functions/syntax that are removed in PHP 7.2, Softaculous now runs on PHP 7.2 as cPanel has updated their 3rd party PHP binary to 7.2

Is that likely to be in the install.php file in the custom script directory? The sample custom script includes an old unencrypted install.php file, is there an update for that file or should I instead be using an encrypted install.php file taken from another script directory?

Hi,

Is it a custom WordPress package ? If it is unencrypted have you made any custom changes ? Because if you use the latest one your changes will be reverted.
