Hi,

Having successfully installed all the necessary software (centos-7-x86_64+ Webuzo + Apache 2) and having seen that my website is working,
I modified Apache by enabling Mod deflate. (LoadModule deflate_module modules/mod_deflate.so)

In order to be effective I decided to restart Apcahe 2. But As I tried to restart it I got error message. (Error There was an error while performing the operation)

So I decided to restart my VPS. Webuzo panel and my website became totally unreachable. I had to install everything from the beginning. The same situation occurred numbers of times on the same hosting. I tried this on another hosting firm. The result was the same.

Is there a bug or Did I do something wrong?

A VPS restart is not really required.

If you've loaded the module, make sure the module exists in the landing folder.

An apache restart should surely do the trick and have it enabled.
Restart apache from the terminal for once instead of the panel.

Hello Valley,
Your answer didn't solve the issue. You totally ignored what OP is saying. It happens to me too. When installed, Webuzo works like a charm. Everything works. Now whenever server is restarted, either by the user or due to any power outage, Webuzo goes down along with all services. MySQL goes down, apache goes down and everything else. When I try to restart Webuzo, even the service isn't found. What to do? Can you please answer me accurately?

I appreciate your service and waiting for your support now.

Hi,

Which version of Webuzo are you currently using ? We have fixed the issues with services in 2.4.0. Webuzo services should also automatically start once the node boots up.

Which OS are you using ?

Is the Webuzo service running on your server ?
Could you share the output of the following command

lsof -i :2002

Note : "yum install lsof" if lsof package does not exist on server
