Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 2 Status:	When using Softaculous on Plesk to install OrangeHRM, it goes to about 5% and then stops with the error "Unable to fetch the required data hence can not install OrangeHRM" I have checked the prerequisites and all are ok. I've also tried a manual installation, but after uploading the files to the subdomain, when I try and access via URL Link. I get server error 500. I have other apps installed on other subdomains on the same server and all work fine.

Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 2 Status:	If anyone don't how to handle this I just tried this solution:: If you check the error log for the subdomain and can see Option All not allowed here then you may customize the virtual host with <Directory "/home/username/sub.domain.com/public_html/orangehrm"> AllowOverride All </Directory> Do not forget to update the directory path to your subdomain's document root.
