WebCalendar, install fails on php version (6 Replies, Read 2222 times)

Group: Softaculous Team Post Group: Elite Member Posts: 267 Status:	Hi, We tried manual installation of WebCalendar 1.2.9 on PHP 7.0 and it throws following error : Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function set_magic_quotes_runtime() in {{PATH}}/install/install_functions.php:458 We have mailed vendor regarding this issue. Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 4 Status:	I also found this PHP issue with WebCalendar. I have installed LuxCal which installed with no problem. My server has PHP 7.2 and 5.6 Now I am going to import the data from my old WebCal (on other server) using the iCal import. I'll report back if any issues there.

Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 4 Status:	Follow up - I got this working, an installation of WebCalendar on a server with PHP 7.2 First, I downloaded the latest version 1.3 from github, and installed manually. Then created the database manually. Next I exported the tables from the existing installation (on another server) using PhpMyAdmin. Then imported into the new installation. Hope this helps anyone else.
