 Losing form data, The email that send Contact form data is not sending all fields. (6 Replies, Read 27466 times)

I'm using Pagelayer/PopularFX, the Conceptial theme.

The contact form built into the theme has Name, Email, Subject, Message fields.

However, the email I receive when someone completes the form only includes the message field. I can't seem to find the settings for this form to fix it. Any advice?
