Topic : Sharetronix can't install

Tried to install Sharetronix and got this error.

The following errors were found :

Could not make the query numbered : 33 MySQL Error No : 1064 MySQL Error : You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ')' at line 5

Hi,

Does the domain have correct DNS ? Is it pointing to the correct server ?
Or is there any .htaccess in public_html which is restricting access to the domain ?

There is no .htaccess file, using it at home on Windows 7.

I just installed with no issues on XAMPP and Win7. I had to temporarily remove my .htaccess file. Make sure there isn't one in your root htdocs or any parent directory.

Hi,

Can you create a test file where you are trying to install Sharetronix and then try to access that file via browser. If it works the installation should work as well.
