 Removing IP Restriction via SSH ?? (3 Replies, Read 25276 times)

I stupidly set an ip restriction in the admin panel and I forgot about it.
I recently changed providers and now, well, I cant login.

Is there an easy way to remove this restriction via SSH or something?

THanks for any help with this...

Hi,


You can try removing the IP from secure_allowed_ips in /usr/local/virtualizor/universal.php file.

Thank you for the reply.
There was no IP in secure_allowed_ips.
I did add my current IP to it, now I get a 500 error when I go to the login page.

Can you check logs under /usr/local/emps/var/log/directory ?
Else you can open a ticket with server access details :
