Is the vps disk present on your server ?

I have turned off my VPS and after that when I try to start it, I face with this error:

error: Failed to create domain from /etc/libvirt/qemu/v1272.xml
error: Cannot access storage file '/dev//vsv1272': No such file or directory

Could you please help me?
