Topic : Unable to enter free licence key after premium licence expired

I bought webuzo licence for 2 months. Now my licence is expired. When I am trying to login, it says License Inactive.
When I am entering free licence key it says "Key has been entered successfully"
When I am clicking on Enduser Panel then again it is saying License Inactive.
Help!

Hi Irfan,
This happens because only 1 license is allotted to an IP. So if there is already a license assigned to your IP you will need to convert that license to free.
If you can email us or PM me your server IP we can convert the license to free.

What I did is, First I changed the IP address of the inactive licence from my profile on webuzo website. Then I entered free licence key generated from webuzo website to my server.
It worked!

Hi Irfan,
Since you changed the IP of the inactive license, there was no license allotted for your server IP. Since there was no license for your IP, Webuzo automatically allots a free license for the server.
We are glad to know that you found out a way out.

You may have configured your server to work like that, but actually it don't work as like what you have told. After changing the IP address associated with an expired licence, It does not assign free licence AUTOMATICALLY, but it accepts the free licence the user has entered.
You can check it by yours!

If NO IP is associated with your license key, the panel will fetch a Free License key in the next 24 hours.
