Topic : Update not taking

I just recently noticed the update to the scripts in particular
Wordpress that was at 2.7.1 and is now listed as 2.8 in the WHM admin
panel. The issue is that is it listing as 2.7.1 in the client/cPanel
side of the Softaculous interface.

Is this something that I need to wait for the cronjob to update it? The admin side in WHM already shows 2.8 so I am thinking this is not a wait for the cronjob thing.

The cron should update it.
But you can update it as well.
Just got to WHM -> Softaculous -> Softwares
At the bottom click on Update settings.

The version in the softwares section is the available version and not the one you already have.

Of course its your script but good call... Worked perfectly and I am seeing 2.8 in the cPanel side now.

I think a link at the top of the Softwares page with the text "Fetch latest scripts now" would be a good link to include. Makes it very clear to the admin.
