Can't log in to admin on install, Moved server, fresh install can't get to admin (1 Replies, Read 425380 times)

Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 3 Status:	Hi, I moved from Linode to DigitalOcean (due to London outages). I set up a new Droplet with Ubuntu and installed Webuzo. All going well then when I go to log into the admin area on port 2005 I use the root and password info I have set for the DO droplet but it just says it's not correct. I have tried this twice now and destroyed the droplet to start again but it's the same issue. Any clues on what to do?

Group: Webuzo Team Post Group: Newbie Posts: 14 Status:	Hi if your root access details are correct still facing this issue, then this happens if you have installed webuzo on OS which is not supported yet for ubuntu it supports only ubuntu 18 and 20 you can check other supported os list CentOS 7.x / 8.x or Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.x / 8.x or Scientific Linux 7.x / 8.x (x86_64) / Ubuntu LTS 18.04 / 20.04
