Running AMPPS from USB drive

Running AMPPS from USB drive - MySQL problem, MySQL tables run out of sync when running AMPPS from USB drive (2 Replies, Read 5624 times)

Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 2 Status:	Hi all, I installed AMPPS on a USB 3.0 external drive to be able to use the same webserver and files everywhere i go. It was working brilliantly so far but recently i discovered that MySQL is out of sync. For example on my laptop i cannot see some tables i created at work and other tables have different data. I never noticed this before, the database always seemed to be in perfect sync. I am always stopping all AMPPS services before i remove the drive and using safe remove. The OS is Windows 7 64 on both machines. What i am doing wrong? Or AMPPS is creating temporary files outside it's install folder?
