Topic : Blank Screen localhost/ampps

Good afternoon,
I have installed xampps and have arrived at the point where the blank screen appears for:
127.0.0.1/ampps-admin
localhost/ampps
127.0.0.1/ampps
localhost/ampps
I've read the posts on running the install command:
"path/to/Ampps/php/php.exe" -c "path/to/Ampps/apache/php.ini" "path/to/Ampps/ampps/softaculous/enduser/install.php"
The issue I face is that my server doesn't have access outside of our network, so I cannot complete the install.
Is there another way to get the required files on a different machine, then move/install/register them on my server?
Windows 2008 R2AMPPS 4.6.7

By XAMPPS I presume you mean AMPPS …

As far as I am aware this is a very old problem. Not only does AMPPS require an Internet connection, but it won’t install through a proxy.

I have been unable to find an explanation or a a solution, and nobody seems to be interested if resolving it. Two workarounds:
Install AMPPS elsewhere using a temporary Internet connection. It should work after that.

Consider the alternatives, such as XAMPP.

Ampps needs internet connection at fresh install because it downloads license and other scripts files from Softaculous servers.

Install Ampps on internet enabled machine.

login to Admin panel, go to General --> Software --> select both check boxes and click on apply button so it will download all scripts.

Now move Ampps folder on your local machine on same path.

I'm running the following - well-documented command - after doing a local install on my internet-connected laptop:
C:\Users\d7692225>"C:/Program Files (x86)/Ampps/php/php.exe" -c "C:/Program Files (x86)/Ampps/apache/php.ini" "C:/Program Files (x86)/Ampps/ampps/softaculous/enduser/install.php"
and I am still seeing this returned after a few seconds.

espond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connecte
d host has failed to respond.
in C:\Program Files (x86)\Ampps\ampps\softaculous\enduser\install.php on line 6
I'll have to leave this and try XAMPP as time is against me.
I hope for those who persist with AMPPS get solution soon.

I had a blank screen when trying to visit localhost and the admin but it was fixed by just restarting my PC.
