Topic : Make solutions of issues public.

It's really a thing I would never understand. In this forum every answer from you to a customer issue is: "Please open a support ticket". Wouldn't be better for US and for you to solve the issues HERE on the forums that all others who have similar or same issue don't have to open a ticket with you and waiting for your answer??? I'm sure, that there are 90% of recurring questions and issues, but nobody knows, what the solution is.

Rethink about that...

Hi,

I believe that the reason is very simple: Don't support people who cracked their software. Actually a lot of people did it in the past.

I agree !

It can be done Safely. If there is a problem Yes open a support ticket it is better for tracking of issues. We most of us with any dev time understand that.

Once, the fix is made, and there is not any security issue or risk POST it here as a solution to the question.

There are currently there are 700% more lines of questions. Than lines of instructions in your entire documentation and sales information combined.

Rapid and proper dissemination of information is what will make this project succeed or fail.  In the long run it will be a successful i'm sure, good company good support.  With good dissemination your time line will be much much shorter.
