Topic : Ampps upadate - cannot access dB

Hey!

I have an issue after updating ampps. I made a backup of my www and mysql directory. And just copy and paste into fresh install. Unfortunatelly after that proccess i cannot access my db's. I see them in phpmyadmin but after clicking each table i got error table not found. Of course i have all frm and idb files.. Is there any way to recover that dB?

Hi,

Backup from phpMyAdmin or mysqldump is recommended i.e .sql format.

You can follow this article to fix your database, we have never tried though:
