Maybe founded an issue
in Webuzo update Osticket process. I recently update OsTicket from Webuzo and the file /include/client/footer.inc.php of OsTicket was replaced. The footer file and maybe also the header file /include/client/header.inc.php should not be replaced because user will loose customization on thoose file ----------------------- PeopleInside

Hi Marco,
This is not a bug in Webuzo. The OsTicket wiki on upgrade can be found here: http://osticket.com/wiki/Upgrade_and_migration#Upgrade As per the wiki, we need to replace all the files with the new files except for the ost-config.php file. Hence the Webuzo does the same as mentioned in their wiki. If you've customized your osTicket installation, you will need to port the changes to the new version following a successful upgrade manually. Please let us know if you need any further information.
