Hi,

I installed Virtualizor on CentOS 6.7 x64. vps on LVM
I tried to backup vps to local folder, but backup not work, just create folder %date, but nothing inside. Also, I see in logs:
Backup process successfully completed in: 0.1 minutes

All right with free space, all right with folder permissions.

But, when I create template, it work right.

Also:
I use this installation for test, and have internal ip, with shared real ip. And, when I want to use VNC, it want to listen on external IP, that not present on server, I can't work. I changed manually ip in xml file, and defined it via virsh. vnc start listen, I can connect, but I see only black screen.

Please, help me solve this problems.
BR,
Andrey Sorokin

What is the temporary backup directory name which you have specified on the VPS backup settings page ?

Please update the VNC IP in the Slave Configuration Settings >> Set VNC IP to the internal IP and let us know if you are still facing the same issue.

File type storage systems I have found aren't supported yet for backups

You can run this command on qcow2 type

qemu-img convert test.qcow2 -O raw disk.img

This is a workaround I believe should work
