Topic : How to search the right General Support?

When using search function in this forum, how do we select the right "General Support" ?
Have a look at the attached screenshot.
It's better to name them with product in the prefix, like
Softaculous General SupportorSoftaculous Support
Virtualizor General SupportorVirtualizor Support
