Topic : Joomla 3.3.0 OK - Joomla 3.3.1 Error

Dear Softculous

today i installed a new Joomla website on a fresh hosting with your software. Apparently there is bug "configuration.php could not be found" notification which i didn't found this notification on my previous website installation.

My previous one was build on Joomla 3.3.0 installation without any error and still running smoothly on other hosting (i moved it on other server since that one just an addon domain).

I don't know whether it softculous or joomla error. Right now i am doing manually via ftp uploading, although i really want to use softculous since it so fast and smooth installation.

Hi,

It seems the Joomla package is not downloaded properly on your server.

Can you please ask your host to execute the following commands on the server :
root> rm -rf /var/softaculous/joomla30/

and then execute the CRON command mentioned here :
http://www.softaculous.com/docs/Immediate_update

This should resolve your issue.
