 Moodle installation INTERNAL ERROR, Could not execute script ajax/service.php (1 Replies, Read 1774 times)

Hello
I have used the Softaculous auto installer for Moodle 3.9 ut for each installation I'm getting this error:
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Server error log message:
SoftException in Application.cpp:630: Could not execute script "/....../public_html/lib/ajax/service.php",

Any idea how to solve this? (I'm not a programmer)

Hi,

You will need to contact your web host regarding this issue. It could be due to server configuration problem.
