When trying to access Softaculous in the admin panel or in the admin reseller panel, I get taken to a page that says:
You are not allowed to access this. This has been reported to the ADMIN !

Not sure where to look for further diagnostics.

Seems that this has something to do with me using the Remi PHP in DirectAdmin instead of compiled in DirectAdmin PHP.
Seems there is something built into the Softaculous system that won't execute if the php is not compiled in DirectAdmin.

Figured it out.
It has to do with Remi using shared extensions and DirectAdmin compile compiling those options in.
You have to load up the various extensions in the /usr/local/directadmin/plugins/softaculous/php.ini file, i.e.:
extension=/opt/remi/php73/root/usr/lib64/php/modules/gmp.so
extension=/opt/remi/php73/root/usr/lib64/php/modules/iconv.so
extension=/opt/remi/php73/root/usr/lib64/php/modules/imap.so
extension=/opt/remi/php73/root/usr/lib64/php/modules/intl.so
extension=/opt/remi/php73/root/usr/lib64/php/modules/json.so
extension=/opt/remi/php73/root/usr/lib64/php/modules/mbstring.so

Should have thought of that.

This error generally occur when the local IP(127.0.0.1) is blocked due to multiple failed authentication.
You can check if the 127.0.0.1 is in black list at /usr/local/directadmin/data/admin/ip_blacklist

I'm having a licensing issue that is preventing me from subscribing.

Have emailed sales repeatedly and been unable to get a reply.

My license is registered as a dedicated server when it is a VPS. 

If no one contacts me, I will go with a different product.
