Topic : Dedicated IPs not responding

Hi,

We have added three more dedicated IPs to a virtual machine with cPanel and WHM installed. Once we added them to the virtual machine and added the IPs in cPanel nothing happened the IPs will not ping.
Do you have any idea?

Make sure you have used correct network settings , if the settings looks good then contact your server provider. The IPs may be not routed.

Just cross check if you are using the right network details (gateway & mask). Many a times, due to wrong/incorrect details the IPs do not work.

Hi,

Sir check the IP details which you got from where you bought the IPs.

And check in Virtualizor panel if the details are entered properly.
