 Can not visit Softcalculus in cPanel, After click on Icon, still loading forever (13 Replies, Read 6497 times)

Can not visit Softcalculus in cPanel.
After click on Icon, still loading forever

i have 2 servers, and both of them got this problem

I posted about this a few days ago.  It appears they don't answer on this forum.  So what good is it?  Any how I sent a email to support@suftaculous.com and they want my root logins etc.  I'm a little cautious about giving that info to someone I know nothing about.

Please execute the following command:
root> /usr/local/cpanel/bin/register_cpanelplugin /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/softaculous/softaculous.cpanelplugin

So it looks like the command worked, but loading Softaculous menu from cPanel still takes longer that it takes to make a cup of tea. Currently in a cPanel downgrade from Edge version.

It's much much quicker now thanks!
Still have an issue (i think), if I try and install a script, by clicking the install button, it just goes back to the overview page, no error message, but no success message either? Is this correct?

I tried the line you gave and it did not fix the problem.  I am running the current build of CPanel.  Were they any other suggestions?

@mynamesnotdave it looks like your browser could be causing the issue. When you click on Install you go to the Overview page right. Can you click on the "Install Tab" again and check its content.

@dkphp sir, please clarify your issue. Is it slow loading or no icon in the Panel ?
