Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 8 Status:	Before upgrade 3.8.3, when a backup was processed: The task was called : Admin Backup Master Process The task log was showing at the end: Code [Fri Mar 10 02:00:18 2023] Sending email to user [Fri Mar 10 02:00:18 2023] Exiting CLI I was receiving email notification. Since the upgrade 3.8.3, when a backup is processed The task is now called: Creating Backup The task log is now showing at the end: Code [2018 - Thu Apr 20 04:00:17 2023] Sending alert [2018 - Thu Apr 20 04:00:17 2023] Exiting CLI Completed The problem is that now, I do not receive any mail. Is there something to configure since the new update? Why is the log writting "sending Alert" instead of "sending Email"

When the backup is created from Webuzo admin panel it will create 2 tasks "Admin Backup Master Process" which will start when the backup starts and the task will end when the backup for all the users are completed. While backing up each user a "Creating Backup" task is created for each user. When you backup from Webuzo enduser panel only the "Creating Backup" task is created. Email should have been sent in both the cases. However the email when admin backup is performed is sent to the Email set in Admin settings while the enduser backup email is sent to the email configured in the enduser panel. You should receive the email without having to make any changes. But still facing problems: Webuzo 3.7.9: - mail was sent to the admin (mail configured in the settings/admin) - mail was also sent as a notification (mail configured in notification center) Webuzo 3.8.3: - mail is now only sent to as a notification (mail configured in notification center) I have sent you a ticket with more details about this issue.
