Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 2 Status:	Hi Our Webuzo web server not working after upgrade from 2.0.6 to 2.3.9 Followed instructions given by Webuzo support to upgrade from Webuzo 2.0.6: http://www.webuzo.com/wiki/Upgrade_from_2.0.6 We run the upgrade.sh script which generated the following error: ERROR: Unable to globalize '/usr/local/emps/etc/php-fpm.w/.conf' (ret=2) from /usr/local/emps/etc/php-fpm.conf at line 68. ERROR: failed to load configuration file '/usr/local/emps/etc/php-fpm.conf' ERROR: FPM initialization failed Raised a ticket with support 2 hours ago but still no help from there. After comment out line 68 in php-fpm.conf ; include=/usr/local/emps/etc/php-fpm.w/.conf I can run service webuzo restart # service webuzo restart Stopping nginx: Done... Stopping php-fpm: php-fpm is stopped Starting nginx: Done... Starting php-fpm: Done... Webuzo UI cannot login. It does say however version 2.3.9. Just says Error after attempt to login - no error message. Web server (Apache?) is not running. Who can help us urgently with this now? Please PM me. Webuzo Support team doesn't seem to work more tonight anymore. We have a paid license. Thanks
