As I am not English-speaking, I had my message translated with DeepL. So I hope my explanation will be clear.
In Ampps 3.9 I would like to be able to modify the index page of my sites in Ampps\wwww. Currently the sites open in the same window and I would prefer them to open in a new window. Using Joomla I would also like to be able to go to the administration login page and not to go to the home page of the site. But I can't find the file to modify, I thought I would find it in the www folder but it's not there.
