Read this and look under "What is an unsubscribe mechanism?".
"One example of a non-compliant unsubscribe mechanism" describes one like yours. When Namecheap and you guys have clients in Canada, you have to obey these laws too. You never ask consent to send emails and you do not provide a simple "Unsubscribe" button, as our law requires. (The rest is irrelevant, I don't even need to bother to go there as well.) |

Sir, we respect the laws and we have made it possible to unsubscribe. Please note the our website is separate from the product Softaculous. If you unsubscribe from our website our website will not send you any notification. But Softaculous installed in your Control panel will not get these settings. You will need to login to your Control Panel from Namecheap and go to your Softaculous settings. You will have the option to receive emails as per your preferences. Also, we will make a documentation on how to disable softaculous emails. We will post the link here for your reference.
