I am wanting to be able to publish individual pages and blog posts that I create, rather than having to publish the entire site every time I update something. How do I achieve this? I have limited web traffic to my site of 4GB poor month and within a fortnight, I have gone through nearly 800MB of ftp traffic updating the site because each time I click publish, it downloads and then uploads the entire site rather than just the new or updated pages or blog posts!

If this is not yet available as a feature of SitePad, can you please look into a way that this can be achieved?

Thanks,
Alex

Hi,

Currently, we do not have this feature in SitePad. But we have added this feature to our todo list.

We will notify you once we have added this feature.

Do let us know if you have any other query.

Hi,

We have added this feature in SitePad.

Now you can publish a Single Page from the Editor. You can find this in Publish Option when Editing a Page. You will find a checkbox asking you whether you want to Publish a single page. If selected you will be able to publish the current page only. Also, you will not find the checkbox in Header and Footer as it is appended to all the pages.

Do let us know if you need any other information.

Thank you for adding this much needed feature! It's really appreciated.

So for the Footer and Header pages, if you make changes to either of them, you will need to re-upload the entire site again? I'll try and keep that to a minimum then.

Thanks again for getting to this so quickly.

Hi,

Since Header and Footer Pages are merged on all pages. Hence when you update the Header and Footer Page and then Publish a single page the Updated Header and Footer will only show on that Page itself.

Hence we have not added this option in Header and Footer Page. Since it is the base for all Pages.

Do let us know if you need any other information.
