Please add a field that Resellers can enter the url for their Support Request Forms that can be included as a variable in the email templates notifying users of script updates.
Also, please add a variables that can be included "inside" the email templates that will include the Site Name of the Reseller
For example:
From
$resellername
$resellersupporturl
Also, please allow a variable to be put in the Subject line of the email template that will include the $url, for example:
Subject: URGENT $url Your Immediate Action Is Required - Mandatory Scripts Updates
By allowing the users url in the subject line, along with the Resellers Site Name showing as the sender, users will better believe the emails are legit and are more likely to give the email their immediate attention.
I've had so many users over the years that have simply told us they didn't think the emails were legit and just trashed them and then their accounts either end up hacked due to outdated scripts, or suspended due to outdated scripts.
