Why you are using for one site path www and for the other not www?
/home/ftpuser/www/domain1.com/

/home/ftpuser/public_html
You should also check if you have .htaccess file for apache who are redirecting and also if you have not added redirect inside Webuzo

try to see this if can be helpful https://www.softaculous.com/board/index.php?tid=4882&title=Manage_Domain_redirect_problem

If you have more than one site I suggest to have on public_htmlfolder like domain1 and domain 2 and point each domain to his folder.
If you put file of website 1 in public_html than file of website 2 into website2 folder you can maybe have issue.

Sorry I mean
on public_htmlI suggest to have

folder -> webisteAfolder -> website B
now seems you have website b into website b folder and website A into public_html

After you fix that you can remove domains than add again with the correct patch.
https://www.webuzo.com/wiki/Delete_Domain
I just cannot remember if you delete domain A public_html content should be not removed.

Hi sunnyujjawal,

You cannot mix HTTP and HTTPS website on one server all the Websites should be HTTPS or HTTP.

Apache limitations? I don't like this but I have HTTP and HTTPS website in one server with just one IP.
Seems the HTTP domain should be placed before HTTPS websites.Maybe in future will be possible drag and drop, order domains on Webuzo and this limitation can be "solved".
