Very strange problem I'm having. Ever since I've run AMPPS and a local project, I cannot login to the remote Wordpress website i'm working on. My browser is force loading all URLs with a 'localhost' prefix. Even if I manually remove 'localhost' from the URL, I get some cookie error.

I've tried to update the siteURL & HomeURL in the options tables with phpMyAdmin.

I also tried adding to my wp-config.php file: (I added my domain to these fields but this forum wont allow me to use any links since my profile is new)

define('WP_HOME',' ');
define('WP_SITEURL',' ');
define( 'DOMAIN_CURRENT_SITE', ' ' );

I also tried these with no luck either.

define('ADMIN_COOKIE_PATH', '/');
define('COOKIE_DOMAIN', '');
define('COOKIEPATH', '');
define('SITECOOKIEPATH', '');

I can however access the website & login from another device.

Any tips on how to fix this problem? When I stop AMPPS, I cannot even access my domain at all, so that doesn't fix the problem either.
