You can try a new fresh setup or see if any query is failing on existing WHMCS setup.

It can't generate an order because the client can't get the product to add to cart on the configure product page.  Should I open a ticket instead?

It must be a database error which must be failing to register the order.

Does it generates a new order when trying from Client Center ?
If its a fresh setup then did you tried using new WHMCS setup ?]]>

Yes it works when I manually put in the order under the admin panel in WHMCS. I also contacted WHMCS support and they said they can not assist in any way related to third party modules.]]>

Despite when I goto Servers, and test connection, this works fine.  In the Admin when I configure the product, it downloadloads all my plan information from virtualizor.  However, whenever you try to purchase a VPS, the client enters their hostname, root password etc, click continue and receive the following error:

Please correct the following errors before continuing:
Connection error.

I enabled debugging in WHMCS, and nothing shows up as errors there.  thsi happens regardless if a client is logged in or not.

I have tried creating a new product from scratch, and still have the same issue.
