Hi,

Can you check whether the Webuzo ACL has been enabled on your server. You will find the above setting at Webuzo Admin Panel -> Settings -> Webuzo ACL.

This could be the reason for the above error. If you still face the issue please open a support ticket here, along with your root details:
https://www.softaculous.com/support/

Please let us know if you still face the issue. We will be happy to help you.

Hi,

We are glad to know that your issue has been resolved.

In regards to the Webuzo ACL, you had to check whether the same is disabled. If you enable Webuzo ACL, then only root user will be able to login into the Admin Panel.

Please let us know if you need any further information. We will be happy to help you.

Support told me :

"the utility is not able to idenify the 'MY_USER_NAME' as the default webuzo user and that is why you are getting the error.

For the time being, I have taken a backup using SSH with root user using the following command:
/usr/local/emps/bin/php /usr/local/webuzo/cli.php --webuzo_backup --backup=1 --type=home"

Hi fernado,

We have identified the issue and will be releasing a fix in coming few days.

Until then you can use the CLI utility.
