Hello, my server is cpanel with cloudlinux
trying to install WHMCS but getting an error - The following errors were found: Required PHP extension not found: ionCube Loader.
Althouse my inocube is enabled in whm - screenshot atached
Where should I investigate to solve the issue?

  1. Go to EasyApache
  2. Customize your current profile
  3. Search ioncube10
  4. Install it for every PHP version

Hi,

@elearnnow  Sorry for the delay in response. The option in WHM -> Tweak Settings is to enable ionCube in cPanel's 3rd party PHP binary.

The solution suggested by @ISaiDPower is correct.

Hi, we use only softaculous insatller and not with VHM and the same problem is try to install filerun. How to to fix this?

Can you please check if Ioncube extension is enabled in your PHP ?
