it really is we were just switching servers sorry it should be up now but under a trial license.... we had a full one b4 the switch now we just have to update the ip's with cpanel to get the full version again. Although it still should work as b4

I am having this problem too.

The following Errors were found :

* The MySQL Connection could not be established.

Anyway to Fix this?

i'm having this mysql error:

it happens with almost every database name i've used, but apparently it works fine on a few database name like these:
- xxx
- xxxx
- shop

now i wonder why, i'm sure this isn't caused by firewall because by changing database name to one of three i've mentioned it could work fine.

any idea what the cause of this?

I'm also experiencing this problem while installing XMB.

Is there no FAQ section in Softaculous for the common problems?
