i have get some error when install webuzo

i have reinstall my server and getting error again.

more than five times



this is on my ssh error

2) Setting UP WEBUZO

Please check /root/webuzo-install.log for errors

Hi,
thank you for your post.

You can try to open and read the error log file.
Also check in your server are no present other software as you can read on the requirement:

i have done , do all the step. but still get error when trying to download system apps webuzo ( on step 4)

i have reinstall and do it again. and still error

Webuzo will maybe reply to you tomorrow as now they are out of the office. What version is the Operative System?

Are you on Linux? More details you can add more useful you can be for Webuzo Team :)

i have same eror,

i try on cenOs, and Ubuntu server more than 7 times,

butt still same eror

Hi,

It seems that there were some issues on our servers. Hence the installation of Webuzo was failing. We have resolved this issue now.

You shall now be able to install Webuzo just fine. Please let us know if you still face the issue. We will be happy to help you.

Hi, on may 21 2019, have the same problem on fresh Amazon EC2 RedHat based instance. Problem again with your server ?

Hi,

As shown in the error message, we request you to check the following log file:
/root/webuzo-install.log

Please check and let us know.

this what i got on my installation message (note I'm try to install it in CentOS)

Hi,

Sorry for the delay in reply.

From the given error message, it seems like libnsl library was not found on your server hence the installation process failed.

You might have to install the libnsl library on your server.

Let us know if any issues further.
