when we try to create new site loop again to wizard , and suddenly showns one error like this:

Array
(
[incompatible_archive] => Array
(
[0] => Incompatible Archive.
)

)
Could not extract the theme.

Please help!!

I once fixed a similar problem by:
Logging off first.
Then clearing the browser cache. This can be done in the following ways, it all all depend on the browser you are using:

Google Chrome – Hold SHIFT and then press F5

Mozilla Firefox – Hold CTRL and then press F5

Internet Explorer – Hold CTRL and then press F5

Opera – Hold CTRL (or shift) and then press F5

Safari – Command+Option+E (will empty cache) then Command+R will reload page.
And start with a fresh login.

i did but the firs issue was mod Ruid2. , now we didn't anything and the fail returns , when we try create new site and select template , seems ok and then start the wizard again , and if you try the process again finish , we need two times in all accounts for create new page

i already opened one ticket , 3 days without response , support area sucks , every time it's the same ... 3 days for answer one crazy response ...
