Hi,

So with LXC being quite mature, is there a good reason to use LXC over OpenVZ?

And is there a specific reason CentOS 7(currently) only supports Virtualizor with LXC? Because as far as I know Ubuntu works closely with LXC in maintaining the stable branches

Hi,

For ubunut LXC creates a separate bridge which needs a separate handle to be created in virtualizor and additionally there are some configuration changes to be performed for ubuntu.

We have noted down in our to-do list.

It is mentioned in http://www.virtualizor.com/wiki/Install_LXC, that LXC is beta. The https://linuxcontainers.org/ says "LXC is production ready with LXC 1.0 getting 5 years of security updates and bugfixes (until April 2019)."

NOTE : LXC is in Beta. It is not recommended for production Servers at the moment.

Hi,

By this Statement we mean Virtualizor Support for LXC is in BETA and not LXC itself.
