seems your email settings can be wrong. For have a working email you need configure correctly the DNS and you have to set the DNS in the correct place where this is managed so if your nameserver point to Webuzo you can use the Webuzo DNS interface, if your DNS is managed outside of Webuzo (name server who point for example in Cloudflare) you need manage DNS in CloudFlare. You can visit the website https://www.mail-tester.com/ copyt the email address you see and try to send an email to this address than press the button in the page and see the results. The test will show to you all issues on your email. You can do search on Google to see how to fix one by one problem. If you want share the results you can consider to open a ticket by following signature in my post so I can try to help you but my support will be very limited on that. When you buy a VPS with Webuzo you have to learn how to manage the VPS and setup email. It's a long process. if your ISP close port 25 you can only contact them. Also what happen when you try to send an email to the mail tester address? Where you try to send an email from a client or via web interface? What program are you using for send email? Maybe your client can be not well configured.
