Topic : why 64 bit centos is installed as 32 bit in openvz

Hello i have just installed virtualizor on dedicated server on a centos 6.5 64 bit. But when i create open vz container having 6 GB guaranteed Ram with same OS 64 bit... it is installed as 32 bit. surprisingly. can any one tell me why it is happening

May I know how are you checking it ?Are you creating vps using our OS template ?

I got late reply so i solved it my self.
Can you tell me where can i find the OS or TEmplate for KVM. I need linux centos template for KVM server installation.

Hi,
We provide OS template for creating vps.That can be found in Media->Template browser.And for installing server, you can either ask your provider or download ISO from the CentOS website.

I am getting this error when i am downloading from virtualizor templates...

There were errors while downloading the file

Hi,
Is your server able to ping virtualizor.com ?If yes, then please open a ticket so that we can access your server and check the issue.

ping: unknown host virtualizor.com
[root@dedi log]#


what has caused this issue and how to solve it...

Hi,
You will need to add appropriate nameservers in /etc/resolv.conf
viz : nameserver 8.8.8.8

in which location/folder we have to save the templates by ssh via centos website??? for KVM

Hi,
They do not provide any template for using it in vps .FYI, we store the templates under /var/virtualizor/kvm directory.
