Hi,
It seems Tendenci is written in Python. We are not adding Python scripts at the moment. Feel free to suggest any other script. ----------------------- Webuzo - Multi User Hosting Control Panel AMPPS - Best WordPress/PHP/MySQL development tool |

Disclosure first: I am one of the Tendenci developers...
Two shell scripts to fully install Tendenci are available on the readme on github on this repo. https://github.com/tendenci/deploy_tendenci And there is a full version with images on Turnkey Linux if that helps simplify things. Just google "turnkey tendenci" and it will show up. From looking at the softaculous site it does look like Python is available in a few of the other packages. But I understand if PHP is a requirement. I definitely acknowledge that in the past it has been difficult to configure Django apps, but I think we are passed that hurdle with Tendenci with the images from TKL and the install scripts. (I hope anyway! It's supposed to be easy and fun! PS - I haven't spent much time on this board so if posting a link to an open source project repo that I work on is bad etiquette I apologize and feel free to delete this comment. |
