Topic : Trial Premium license doesn't switch to Free after 1 month

I have installed Softaculous Auto Installer from CWP panel.
My server ipnets.ru (185.235.130.135)
It was told during installation that after 1 month of Premium trial Softaculous automatically switch to Free license.

Instead it shows me error message:
License Inactive

Code
Your license (57518-97784-85128-12189-76542) is not active or it has expired. If your license has expired, please renew it to continue using this Software.

If has Refresh License link but nothing happens when I click on it.

Please help to switch to Free license.

In CWP 7 admin panel itself it allows to reinstall Softaculous but it didn't help.

it also shows button "Click to active 1 month FREE Premium license" but clicking on it generates another error:

You can get only 1 Month FREE PREMIUM license per IP address!

CWP support were not able to help, so I'm searching your assistance desperately

Hi,

I see that your license is currently Free.

Please click on the Refresh License link in Softaculous admin panel to refresh the license.

It's very strange because I was trying to refresh the license multiple times and only this time that worked well.

Thank you for your support, finally that worked! Now I'm able to sign-in to the panel and it shows free license plan.
